SUMMARY

Being a Manual Tester, member for UAT team, WEB Quality Assurance Analyst and Database Test Analyst, and Team Lead performing test management, I ensure to perform the full duties and responsibilities of an end user and ensure that most of all major features and functional requirements of the entire system and applications are working according to its expected correct behavior.

For 3 years in banking and more than 4 years in Software QA Insurance industry, I handled and supported insurance systems and bank’s technical software and banking operations.

Work Position: Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst

A centralized database for the region and is considered the “source of truth” for policies, claims and policy payment information. This will become the consolidated database and become the single source for OGIS, a standard report currently utilized by the organization worldwide, and EDSAT reporting, once this report has been employed by the organization. This will also be the data source of back-end systems e.g. F&A system and Claims systems.

Review requirements documentation to determine the cause of the defect

Review and satisfy the test entry criteria, defined in the Test Execution checklist, to confirm all deliverables have been created, domain processes have been followed, and all development standards followed, to enable scenarios outlined in test conditions/scripts to be executed

Meticulously follow the step-by-step instructions in the Test Script assigned according to the Test Plan. At each step, follow the action/description and verify that data is input correctly.

Compare the actual results with the expected results to identify discrepancies and log a defect when there is a mismatch.
