140m high RCC Chimney: Continuous casting of 1407 cum foundation, Chimney construction with the help of slip form shuttering in the Sinter Plant.

900mm dial M. S. Raw Water Cross Country Pipeline: Admeasuring length of 30.0KM. from Nagothane to Dolvi Plant. Laid above & below ground including small creek & nallah crossing as prescribed in the MIDC permission & as per site profile.

Intake Raw water Pump House: Executed civil work in river water with cofferdam arrangement including controlled blasting at Nagothane.

Creek Crossing 900mm dia HDPE as well as M.S. pipeline: Executed across the Amba Creek 5.0m beneath the creek bed. Length of the pipe line was 600 Rmt. By floating method & bottom pull method respectively. LPG storage plant: Executed Civil & Piling work, storage tank foundations, and concrete road.

Raw water reservoir, Chemical Dozing & Filtration Plant: Executed civil work for 3.0 lacs Cum capacity RWR with counter fort walls, pump house, filtration plant & chemical dozing plant.

Plant Boundary wall: Executed civil & piling works admeasuring length 12.00Km. Boundary wall.

Jetty (port): Executed marine piles and precast RCC girders as well as cast in situ slab for 450m long jetty.
