Installed Bravo, a $350,000 poker rating and tracking system that allowed for tournament tracking.

Worked with a team of programmers, marketers, accountants and operations support to create a match-play program to allow patrons to print their coupons at a kiosk for use at the tables.

Managed the Central Credit System, monitoring to ensure functionality and updating the program to address challenges or issues.

Led the upgrade of slot machines with new touch-screen technology, contacting vendors and testing equipment to select the screens that were appropriate for the casino.

Conducted a detailed review of the Master Gaming and Gaming Analysis reports, consulting with the accounting and operations department to determine what information was most important, and streamlining the reports for a more efficient use.
