Manage inventory, order processing, quality control, receiving, and kitting and assembly operations. Utilized QSSI Powerhouse WMS system to provide 99% inventory and order services levels for $20MM of products for over 30 different clients. Processes include receiving, quality assurance, order waving, cycle counting, kit building, pick and restock rules, ship methods, and RMA initiatives.

Managed or Supervised integration projects including the following third party systems: Sage ERP, Great Plains ERP, Avalara Tax systems, Leap Factor Apps, Bronto Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Social Media Integration, Magento and Volusion Shopping Cart engines, Shopify shopping cart, Exigo, Wordpress Website Design, Quickbooks, and Authorize.net.

Developed zSuite Automated Billing and Project Management Applications from ground up using Agile Project Management techniques, SQL database analysis and multi user level access security logic. Included client portals for client collaboration.

Optimize daily activities for production (kitting and assembly) services. Used Powerhouse WMS system to receive, transfer, QC, and build raw inventory into standard saleable inventory or kits. Configured system to automatically decrement inventory through the production process.

Developed website and shopping cart design and logic for clients to utilize the entire website process or just one piece of website design or ecommerce solutions. Optimized modular structure for applications to individually become plugins for third party applications or continue to use as an all in one solution using API/FTP integrations.

Directed and Supervised new 85,000 foot warehouse for equipment, fixture and floorplan specification for moving $18 MM of inventory. Supervised architect, CAD drawing specialists, and utility personnel to implement the most efficient receiving to shipping process. Developed all new location flow logic using pick flows and zone picking.

Direct implementation of logistics into and out of OMS and WMS systems. Provided admin services for set up and management of B2B and B2C distribution lines using Shiplinx systems as well, connecting order management front end and middleware modules.

Analyze productivity requirements and results for warehouse operations. Developed units per labor hour (UPLH) matrix from WMS data to increase warehouse operation personnel to increase output of order processing by 30%, thus cutting overall labor percent and cost per transaction.

Senior Manager of PMO for client software/ hardware integrations and onboarding. Utilized AtTask project management tools to finalize client software or fulfillment contracts, create project plan deliverables and timelines, apply gap analysis and execute program implementations.

Business Analyst for data and process integration from shopping cart to post sale. Analyze and document process integration points created through FTP, EDI, and API transfer systems. Understand trigger points for static, variable and text fields that process file downloads and the reverse logistics of completed data back up the process chain.

Developed and Administered Zoyto’s updated CSR functionality. Updated Zoyto’s internal CSR and CRM tools to include fundraising functionality for both online and door to door programs.

Developed a new all integrated Client Administrative tool that combines all of Zoyto’s product features. Took Zoyto’s current applications and redesigned them in one bundled package, steamlining implementation of future clients. Created multi level security logic for applications bundled together into the zSuite package including WebSite Development, Commissions and Geneology, Duplicated Websites, CSR, CRM, Reporting, Project Management, Order Management, Billing, Marketing, and eCommerce/ Shopping Cart modules.

Directed integrations involving third party WMS systems such as ManhattanWMOS, SAP, and QSSI Powerhouse through API/ FTP with front end shopping cart systems. Worked with utilizing translation tables between SQL databases with .CSV line files to ensure data transfer. Worked with SKYBOT scheduler to schedule download and upload jobs.
