FMCG: Combination Industries: Extruded baked snacks & breakfast cereals.

Successful commissioning of new food packaging machines in snacks sourced from M/s Martini SRL-Weighing & packaging solutions, Italy. The E-Coders to packaging machines were from Open Date (UK). Part of the machinery & equipment set up was sourced from American Extrusion International (AEI) and Maddox (US). New machines were planned and purchased for optimal capacities meeting requirements in plant & engg utilities.

Polymer Extrusion & Engg. Polymers: Ester Industries Ltd: PET-Chips (BO- PET, BOPP Films Mftg).

Successful commissioning of in-line Coater by Lindauer- Dornier GmbH PET film production (German Technology), Film line#1, Oct’ 2012.

Successfully installed and commissioned a high-level slitting machine (Chinese Technology) in PET film production under the trade name “Dahua”- Model A-2700 plus, Film line#1, Feb’ 2012.

A project associate with erection & machine commissioning of new BO-PET line (Extrusion: 8.7 Meter) supplied by Lindauer-Dornier GmbH-Germany, Film line#3, 2010-11.

Maintaining a log of all problems that occur in a week & then taking the corrective action; drawing out the activity schedule for weekly maintenance. Maintaining plant equipment status report thereby posting history data sheets for equipments at month end.
