My background is in construction, merchandising, facility maintenance, and retail management. With over 35 yrs. experience in retail, I worked 20 years traveling for Sears and KMart remodeling and opening new stores from ground up in the Eastern United States and Puerto Rico.

Burlington Coat Factory -Assistant store manager merchandising/operations (2015-present)

Manage a team of 150 associates responsible for all aspects of retail including receiving, product placement, daily recovery, merchandise sales, front end cashiers, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Manage and maintain a weekly payroll budget using both front and back of house workload events to schedule associates.

Holds weekly panning meetings with staff in reviewing sales, budgets, upcoming events, and ways to improve all processes using company standards.

Worked closely with all construction trades in planning and executing the final plan for project completion.

Creating new planograms for each store specific, managed a team of associates while hiring new associates to set the merchandise and sign it off for completion.
