• Joined the Manufacturing Process Development Department to assist the improvement of manufacturing process for automobile door joint assembly.

• Produced assemblies with newly developed manufacturing process and conducted tests to evaluate the strength of the assemblies.

• Assisted in the analysis on the material microstructure of the assemblies. Internship, 6/2007 – 8/2007, Cork City Council, Ireland.

• Helped in the electricity tender selection process for providing electricity to all government buildings in the city. Duties included evaluation of tenders in the aspects of rate, electricity sources, environmental friendliness and etc., and assisted in drafting the evaluation report.
