I worked for various Temp Agencies and gained additional experience and skills in many areas and became skilled at learning new positions in record time. Most recently with Texas Health South from 8/2015 to 12/2015 as Intake Coordinator-calling patients prior to appointment dates to verify info and did data entry. I worked at State Farm Insurance Co thru 11/2014 - 7/31/2015 in the Automotive claims dept in a collaborative team environment handling a large volume of incoming calls entailing communication with customers and associates over the telephone and internet and transferring calls to the assigned claim handler using State Farm claim systems and other technologies to perform job duties.
