I work in the production office doing various production reports and sending daily manpower for shifts based on schedule for the day for production department (injection & assembly). I am ISO/TS certified with the company and in process of learning audit training. I have been trained on control plans & have to do training for control plans (work flow process for products from beginning raw material to end shipping final product. I keep up scheduled layered audits for production department. I keep up with training matrix training plan, training matrix, & training forms for production department. I make work instruction for production department by taking pictures of production of parts. I do a daily machine check for operator’s awareness of parts & work instruction in injection. I receive, turn into manager and received back, and file daily checks sheets required by my manager of the injection team. I check machine operation standards to match the machine. I make new operation standards & process check sheets for technicians & keep up with them. I am knowledgeable in excel, word, & some power point. I am very good and reliable at multitasking and getting multiple jobs done. In injection I inspected parts for short shot, gas, splay, discoloration, and contamination, place date and shift stamp on each part, and pack for shipment to various customers with appropriate labels attached. As a floor assistant I worked the floor to keep it cleaned and materials moved to appropriate areas, and break out operators for breaks and lunch. Get operator's materials needed to do their jobs and keep racks at machine and floor clean of packed racks to various stages in the plant. I work in the cable shop repairing electrical cable harnesses and various components. Components are from M1A1s, M60A3s, M1 to M1A2 upgrade, M88 APU, M60 AVLB, M1 turbine engine, 1790 engines, M113 family of vehicles, etc. I disassemble and repair many different types of components such as power distribution boxes, vehicle control panels, primary diodes, intercom switches, junction boxes, machine gun safety switches, headlights, reset switches, dome lights, manual blasters, electrical harnesses and many types of cables and. I overhaul and modify break out boxes, power monitor test sets and cant angle sensor test units. I follow signal paths through wired circuitry as shown on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams, in order to fault isolate and repair. I read schematics and blueprints of assemblies to determine values, polarity and location of defective parts. I use standard shop practices and procedures such as soldering for fabrication and repair of mechanical and electrical assemblies. I use many types of hand tools associated with the trade, such as drills, torque wrenches, punches, soldering equipment and volt meters. I use test equipment such as volt meters, programmable power supplies, meager, ohmmeters, operates automated and semi automated test equipment, multimeter, manual test sets and test stations. While operating test equipment I troubleshoot problems making analysis to determine faults, determines if problem exists in the unit being tested, the test equipment, or the component being tested. I read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and reference manuals in the application of troubleshooting and proper repair procedures to insure quality in the equipment and harnesses I repair. I run continuity checks in circuits while checking for shorts and open circuits. I repair torn insulation, replace connectors, boots and transitions as needed. I assist higher grade employees in performing the full range of associated repairs and modification. I have the ability to do electronic work without more than normal supervision.

I use grinders and buffing tools to clean and remove rust and paint from parts and assemblies used in combat vehicles. I operate a walnut hull, and soda blast machine and glass bead. I apply the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions to parts and assemblies from dissemble lines. Operate steam cleaning equipment such as steam jennies and equipment operating from steam generated by heating plant. Mix cleaning agents such as cleaning compound, high pressure soap powder, carbon removing compound and cleaning solvent with water in correct proportion for different types of cleaning operations and fill cleaning equipment with solution. Add chemicals and solutions to vats as necessary to maintain proper operating efficiency. Raise baskets from vats and allow draining or using compressed air to remove surplus solutions. Check items to assure that cleaning, drying has been properly applied. I have worked in the warehouse receiving parts for packing and shipping to different government depots. I performed the duties of using variety of lifts such as gas operated and electric lifts. I have performed the duties of operating hand and foot controls while driving, lowering, and tilting and raising lifts, lifting up to 50 pounds. I have performed the duties of loading and unloading palatalized stacks and unstack bulk material. I work on an assembly line with five different station that we would rotate every 3 hours doing various jobs to assemble missile guided systems called nozzle bodies. I use a punch to assemble the fins to the body with springs to open and close around body. I use a bandier to band a metal band around a plastic insulator. I run the closer machine that would close the fins to the body and I would push plastic webbing down over fins to keep closed. I use the pinner to insert a small pin in the metal band through the plastic insulator. I use crimps to crimp a wire from inside nozzle body to the pin in the plastic insulator. I pull the wire from the other end of the nozzle body and place it on the line to run continuity test of the nozzle body. Performed warehousing work in receiving, issuing and relocating of supplies and equipment. Loaded and unloaded conveyances moved items by handcart or similar conveyance checked items against proper documentation, making proper notations on same, and reporting discrepancies and damage to Supervisor placed unidentified stock in appropriate temporary or permanent storage locations according to specified/oral or written instructions and established methods. Sometime signed for items received. Warehoused palatalize bulk stock according to specific locations, re stacking and warehousing items as directed. Periodically checked for mixed stock or incorrect locations corrected or notified supervisor of problem. Inventoried supplies and equipment as directed, furnished information on balance on hand of bulk stock for recording purposes. As directed, performed minor maintenance on and cleaned equipment. Cleaned items of rust, scale, grease, dirt and other foreign matter by using scraper or sander and wash items with chemical cleaning agent and dry with cloth or compressed air hose. Mask surfaces preparatory to painting. Spray paint or use brush to apply prime or finish coats to a variety of assemblies, sub assemblies and parts. Add thinner to paint as required to obtain proper consistency. Used spray equipment, power sanders and other hand tools common to the trade. I have performed the duties of receiving, identifying, storing, and issuing operating supplies, such as paint, sandpaper, mops, brooms, soap, floor brushes, all cleaning supplies, and bench stock, such as batteries, tape, adhesives, oil, fluid, and grease, to employees in shop areas. I have performed the duties of checking and tally items against documents for correct nomenclature, stock number, identification, quantity and condition, resolving differences and correcting discrepancies as required. I have performed minor maintenance tasks such as re wrapping, packing and cleaning items as required.
