• Cultivated specific cell line to form spheroid as model of cancer tumor. Focused on developing a specific liposome composition of membranes, which can resist the damage of phospholipid structure due to the change of pH by the proliferation of cancer cells.

• Researched penetrability of the cell spheroids, which cultivated by fluorescence liposome in different sizes. Slice the spheroids into 20µm with special cryosectioner and analyze it under fluorescence microscope and software.
