The development of structured approach to integrating, monitoring, coordinating and reporting contractual changes starting from the Bankable Feasibility Studies through the award of several EPC LSTK packages and Fluor PMC Contract to develop and implemented an integrated Change Management Program, which was dedicated to timely assessment of realized and potential changes or variances from the project design parameters, contractual budget as well as the schedule baseline in the course of project execution. Reviewed proposed value engineering changes for every FEED package prior to award.

Performed an impact assessment of change proposals from various stakeholders on the program overall cost, schedule and risk.

Coordinated in the management of package teams for project controls and contracts administration in order to ensure accurate description of baseline scope as well as accurate reporting to senior management.

Ensured adequate reviews and approvals of cost, schedule, scope and interface impacts for potential deviations and/or contract changes and analysed variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicated the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management and coordinates incremental cost estimate development with the Package/Program Estimators.

Implementation of procedures and work processes as well as the communication of the same to EPC Contractors as part of an integrated trending and change management system.
