PROFILE

I have completed a Diploma as an electrical engineer at the University of Algeria (Polytechnic School Algiers) and have over twenty five years experience in various activities, maintenance, Power stations, Oil & Gas, Energy and controls engineering environment covering, commissioning/start-up, and maintenance production operations.

During the last 10 years I have experienced working with multi national oil companies. This involved pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and maintenance activities on Joint Venture BP/Sonatrach/Statoil southern Algerian LPG, Condensate and gas plant even on TOTAL E&P (Angola & Congo) oil extraction.

I spent more than 3 years working on offshore position on the FPSO Dalia in Angola and also on the Tchibouela platform in Congo for Total E&P Production doing preventive and corrective maintenance as an Electrical Supervisor managing local and Expat technicians on oil extraction.

I completed many vendors training or mission that I made during my professional allowed to have a solid understanding of technical maintenance in Oil & Gas installations using of CMMS SAP UNISUP or the Maximo software for maintenance activities follow up.

The last project with the last IRMA employer achieve the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up stages will review project documentation, Witness and verify electrical equipment installation and testing, verify functional checks and equipment test runs, confirms electrical systems ready for acceptance.

In the field of Operations

oDaily reporting to the Contract Site Representative, maintenance superintendent follow Company HSE policy, rules and procedures

oWork permits preparation for day to day jobs using company work management system (WMS) and applying safety control measure.

oGood Knowledge of UNISUP SYSTEM and track PTW system.

Knowledge OPERCOM standard requirement of Total E&P Specification

oSupervises contractor on pre-commissioning activities to ensure RFC done with associated punch-list.

oApproval of Electrical OPERCOM functional test sheets and advices on commissioning activities related to electrical matters.

oCorrective & preventive maintenance of all types of electrical devices such as the generation power production, electrical and network distribution, HV/LV motors, different package of gas turbine, gas compressor, emergency diesel generator, HV/LV transformers, UPS

oRelevant all the electrical protection System such generators, motors, transformer and distribution

oSupervise and coordinate repairs, equipment replacements

oCoordinate with technical support, the spare parts, the preparations of heavy maintenance operations

oIdentifies recurrent corrective maintenance intervention, analyses and suggest improvements

oAnalyze requests for interventions in the field, supplemented if necessary by a diagnosis on site and turn them into the CMMS Work Order,

oPrepare interventions CMMS:

oEnsure the availability of spare parts, the book or make the necessary purchase requests. Check reception site (qualitative and quantitative )
