Resume:

May **, ****

Dear Sir/Madam;

I am a Customer Service and Sales professional. I have devoted the last 20 years of my life to coaching, training, motivating, planning and budgeting a variety of telemarketing campaigns.

I arrived in sales by evolution having always viewed myself as an artist and through 10 years in animation, video and film production as well as post production and computer graphics I ultimately began producing and finding my own clients. The City of North York becoming my first client opened the door to City Economic Development Departments and the corporate structure behind cities.

I have always surrounded myself with professionals and drawn on their strengths and experience to satisfy my corporate clients and the eclectic creative directors within advertising agencies. Leading a team of professionals, training and motivating them, earning their trust and respect while implementing policies and procedures make working in a leading marketing/sales environment a challenging and yet enjoyable experience.

I look forward to meeting with you and your team to discuss any opportunities that may exist.
