Plant Manager

Mar 2014 to Oct 2015 Innocor, Inc. (dba) Flexible Foam Products, Terrell, TX

Reporting directly to the regional vice president; manage the daily planning and direction with 8 direct reports. Facilitate several daily meetings related to the operation of 180k sqft flexible polyurethane foam manufacturing and fabrication facility. Managed costs inputs and production to ensure high quality of product. Monitored sales trends and adjusted labor accordingly. Discuss and resolve issues immediately or track future problem resolutions. Develop and review the annual budget expenditures/financial reports and establish spending priorities. EHS & Facilities Manager

Developed and implemented the Environmental, Health and Safety programs for this new manufacturing facility. Authored and distributed companies Illness Injury, Emergency Action and Evacuation plans. Implemented OSHA training programs for employee training compliance. Inventoried chemicals and put together and presented the Global Harmonization / Hazardous Communication program. Obtained locations EPA/RCRA ID and submitted city Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for environmental compliance.
