Plant Manager

Mar 2014 to Oct 2015 Innocor, Inc. (dba) Flexible Foam Products, Terrell, TX

Reporting directly to the regional vice president; manage the daily planning and direction with 8 direct reports. Facilitate several daily meetings related to the operation of 180k sqft flexible polyurethane foam manufacturing and fabrication facility. Managed costs inputs and production to ensure high quality of product. Monitored sales trends and adjusted labor accordingly. Discuss and resolve issues immediately or track future problem resolutions. Develop and review the annual budget expenditures/financial reports and establish spending priorities.
