Evaluated a need for improved incident, injury prevention, compliance with federal regulations and organizational polices by all independent contractors and company employees. Recommended and developed an incentive program to influence and acknowledge improvements in compliance with regulations, incident, injury prevention actions and behavior changes. Attained a reduction in Compliance/Safety and Accountability scores (CSA), which helped reduce potential of federal audits (i.e.OSHA/DOT); the additional benefit was an increased motivation and morale of both company employees and independent contractors.

Developed a JSA job safety analysis program to identify safety concerns at customer sites and processes to reduce, eliminate and prevent any injuries or damages associated with delivery or pickup of equipment. This facilitated the employees ability to interpret potential site risk and this assured the customer their safety was vital to successful service transactions. Implantation of these tools helped to prevent, reduce and mitigate jobsite incidents, damage claims and provided the customers with an increased level of confidence in the companies ability to meet their need and provider excellent services.

Owners requested a training and recognition program to be developed with the goal of improving morale, retention and reducing cost by virtue of more willing compliance. Greater compliance would result in saving under insurance services due to decreased claims, accidents and injuries. By reviewing, tracking and documenting data from multiple sources (DOT/ OSHA), local police regarding driver infractions and reports from incidents or accidents spreadsheets were developed and utilized for monitoring each individual and allowed for recognition of improved behaviors, safe behaviors and training completition. Implementation of these recognition programs increased morale, gave individuals a goal to work toward, increased motivation to attain compliance and meet safety/management system performance requirements.
