SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Contract management, preparation of work scope and estimate.
Monitor commitments, schedule milestones, physical work performed, earned value, costs incurred, actual cost of work performed and calculation of estimate to complete.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
Review weekly labor reports and monthly total job cost reports carefully to determine areas needing special attention, and initiate changes and procedures to bring costs back into budget.

Use of Auto CAD 3D and GIS to design minor projects
For reconstruction, use GIS and Goggle to locate exciting structures and traffic signs.
Review all the working drawings and specifications for new projects. Ensure that appropriate drawings are provided for contract execution.
Use of Microsoft words to writing reports, excel to prepare scope of works, bill of quantities and spreadsheet. Power Point for presentation. Outlook for correspondence and email.
In the lab, knowledge of tensile test, bending testing, hardness test for steel. Cement, concrete tests, asphalt testing and analyze aggregate.
Supervises the construction of piles and heavy duty foundations for power generating gas turbines, crude oil storage tanks, pipelines (on and off shores), anchors/racks, construction of concrete closed canal, etc.
Interpreting plans and specification to ensure compliance with specification; observing work in progress to ensure that procedures are followed and materials used conform to specifications; examining quality of finished installation and maintaining daily log of constructions and inspection activities.

Foundation Piling inspection vibration monitoring and pile installation monitoring.
Setting up the load testing and monitoring. Pile Dynamic Analyzer (PDA) load testing.
Underground structures, pipelines, lateral earth pressure analysis.
Scheduling Concrete inspection for technicians
Replace/Create new water, waste line and drain line before re-construction roads.
