Job Overview
Team leader for all technical interactive training and presentation projects. Develop training programs and their assets using Flash, JavaScript, actionScript, Illustrator, 3ds MAX, iSpring, Oracle’s User Productivity Kit(UPK), MS Office Suite, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Dreamweaver and other software. Interacted with a diverse group of employees with varying social, religious, professional and educational backgrounds.
-- Developed interactive training from conception to delivery using proven adult learning concepts for interaction, delivery and technology. All user interface(UI) designs were created using corporate brand and UI standards for adult learning.
-- Consulted with department heads, engineering, subject matter experts(SME) and other staff to gather pertinent information.
-- Developed original interactive templates using Adobe Flash Professional. The 20+ templates were used for rapid development of new and existing classroom and online curriculum.

-- Consulted and Reviewed junior staffs work, including the completion of a Quality Assessment(QA) for every project.
-- Integrated all training with CenturyLink’s Learning Management Systems(LMS). This included writing a custom AICC/SCORM compatible HTML and JavaScript common file. The HTML file made it possible to communicate progress, time spent and testing information to the LMS. This data was then made available to each student for follow-up review and archival management.
-- An expert in creating simulation and process oriented training for extremely complex hardware and software. This includes building an exact replica of the live environment for the student. Most adult learners are better at playing with hardware or software versus enduring a lecture on the subject. The student can relax and explore the training simulation without fear of causing any permanent damage. The result is quicker retention rates, reduced training time, happier students and increased productivity.
-- Shoot and edit Video in the field and in a corporate or home studio environment for training purposes, company-wide addresses from executives, both live, using Tricaster and recorded content streamed from a media server.
-- Designed a master floor plan of a training lab using Autodesk AutoCAD, 3ds MAX and several Adobe software products. These plans were duplicated and built out in several locations around the US.
