Project: ICD 10 Program

Description: This project is to ensure Facets and all other systems (both upstream and downstream are migrated from ICD 9 to ICD 10 diagnosis codes. ICD 10 diagnosis codes help in improvising the business by enabling accurate payment to the providers.

Description: Facets is an application used to manage eligibility, accounts, benefits, providers, credentialing and to adjudicate behavioral health and EAP claims and process financial transactions. Facets is used by Optum Health Behavioral Solutions and is supported by UHG IT. Description: As per the HIPPA Compliance the Inbound / Outbound claims received / sent electronically via the 837P and 837I transactions must be accepted in the 5010 format on or before January 1, 2012. Project: 5010 MN AUC 835 OB

Description: Facets receives paper claims in form of 5010 format EDI files. These files are loaded to Facets, the claims are processed and the 835 outbound files are generated for the trading partners. This project is to verify that the data coming in to Facets via 5010 EDI files are transformed correct to 835 Outbound files and electronic remittance advices are generated as per the business needs.
