WORK EXPERIENCE:

Senior Manager, IT Project and Solution Management - Eurofins Drug Discovery and BioAnalytics Solutions (Huntsville, USA, 09/2006 - present)

Product Owner of Global ERP program within the Drug Discovery and Bioanalytics Solutions group of Eurofins Inc; using GAMP5 Risk based approach to implement GxP compliant ERP system.

Led Genomics ERP project and successfully architected the solution and implemented the project globally in 4 countries (USA, Germany, Japan, India), integrating it with other systems that were being developed in parallel. This project has consistently been deployed per release roadmap scope within budget and on schedule.

Founded Eurofins IT Solutions business unit for global software development in Bangalore India and led it till the local management team was in place and stable. Contributed towards the selection of local management team.
