Manage and oversee full scope of HR responsibilities for two distribution centers, 26+ managers, 30+ supervisors, 500+ employees.

I supervise a staff of four HR team members.

Oversee HR policies, infrastructure and processes to support the company culture. Includes; planning, developing and communicating new practices, policies, organization structure, roles, and responsibilities.

Develop, recommend, evaluate and participate in staff training and development.

Oversee all talent management. Includes: the internal/external recruiting process, on- boarding process, overall headcount and staffing for the distribution centers.

Manage the benefit plans and Open Enrollment process, involved in negotiations and vendor selections.

Manage and plan all the distribution center’s events (e.g., company parties and monthly events, OE, Health Fair, recruiting fairs, networking, charity events, etc.)

Manage the process and procedures of all FMLA, WC, ST/LT, LOA and accommodation leaves.
