Serves as liaison between agencies, residences and client’s families.

Participates in individual program planning process such scheduling staff for designated position for the day.

Orient, train, evaluate, delegate, supervises work of and recommend hiring and disciplining of subordinate staff.

Attend regular supervisory staff meetings.

Implement active treatment plan for program planning process of clients.

Maintain attendance and other required record keeping, such as monthly assessment of client’s progress report.
