* Wide variety of glazier skills, including calculating proper dimensions, estimating materials and labor costs, cutting materials to pre-determined specifications, on-site management, hands-on installation and repair of various-sized mirrors, glass, insulating units, custom-designed glass shower enclosures, various-sized window/door blinds and shades.

* Repairing and servicing all types of doors, electric and non-electric, Herculite doors, repairing surface mounted closures, hinges, locks, concealed overhead closures, panic hardware in doors and electric strikes.

* Fabricating and installing aluminum-based storefronts based upon blueprint renderings. Storefront work includes numerous construction applications including gutting old wood fronts and building wooden knee walls and soffits, and framing old wooden structures with new wood to accept aluminum storefront. Also installed curtain wall systems. Other related activities include developing on-site modifications, managing workflow while keeping an eye on job cost-effectiveness, and ensuring field communication through report generation.

* Employing break-metal machines to bend aluminum for on-site installations, which includes servicing the machine for maintaining maximum usage.

* Employing glass polishing and beveling machine for completing time-critical projects, also includes servicing the machine for continuous use.

* Extensive customer contact from the beginning of the project process (initial job request) until job completion. Other activities include working with customers on job specifications, and developing good customer rapport with the goal of building long-term relationships. This also includes working closely with other contractors and materials suppliers.

* Mastery level use of manual and electric tools.

* In addition, I have built decks from design to installation, installed kitchen cabinets, windows and doors, casings and baseboards. I have all my own tools including woodworking tools, e.g., table saw, circular saw, jigsaw, sawzall, biscuit joiner. My hobbies include furniture making. References available upon request.
