Evaluate client’s credit data (Dunn & Bradstreet) and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved. Approve credit limits for client lines of credit based on their D&B information along with my review and analysis.
Assist sales and marketing departments in managing pending orders to help them control credit exposure.
Regularly review customer accounts for issues and lapse in payment. Review checks, bank wires and credit card payments. Escalate non-paying accounts to an outside 3rd party collection agency as required. Process all write-offs for the company and suspend service when necessary.
