Support and install Symantec Enterprise Vault server. Implement daily Discovery Accelerator searches, and ran SQL queries against EV databases for data collection and reports. Perform extractions of email data from O365/BPOS/Exchange server 2007 to discovery search mailboxes using PowerShell commands.

Collaborate and support configuration, upgrade and maintenance of the Exchange server 2003 -2007, then later 2010. Support SharePoint 2007 and all related technologies, i.e. Lync, BlackBerry, Active Sync and Right Fax.

Successfully resolved message delivery/email failures, active/passive failovers, connection and NDRs using various tools, i.e. message tracking, remote connectivity analyzer, best practice analyzer, IP commands, eseutil\mh and log tracking.

Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
