EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS

I have the ability to operate various types of warehouse and light end equipment. Excellent mechanical aptitude and possess good eye-hand coordination. Ensure that all equipment is safely stored at the end of each work day. Troubleshoot equipment problems and make adjustments as needed. Take direction from supervisor for daily work tasks and provide feedback on a daily basis. Maintain safe driving record.

WAREHOUSE MAN

Maintain and update inventory of supplies, material and loading equipment. Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. Sort and place materials, or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, and color or product code. Ensured accurate counts of merchandise on hand and safe driving record with zero recordable accidents. Supervised six shipping and receiving clerks. Over seeing shipping materials both out going and in coming.

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL HANDLING

Pick up. Safely transport and delivery of biomedical waste to appropriate locations; take samples for analysis and properly store products and specimen samples and other materials. Safe driving record with zero recordable accidents. Regularly lifted 50 pounds several times per day. Aligned work with OSHA and other applicable regulatory standards.

LEADERSHIP/COMMUNITY

Regularly organize and attend volunteer activities in community for non-profit youth and church groups. Previous experience working at PPG, Vista, Conoco, Olin Matheson, Cities Service, Firestone and Boise Cascade, Refineries in Louisiana and Dupont Refinery in Texas as a contractor.
