I started coding for the web in ****. I’m experienced in HTML5,

CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery and PHP. I have most experience programming in PHP and I also enjoy messing with the front-end. Professionally I’ve worked with Laravel 5 and Kohana. On personal projects I use Slim and Twig.

I’m currently in charge of QA and use Selenium Driver to automate acceptance tests.

I enjoy learning new programming languages and technics and adapting to best practices, and more and more adhere to TDD practices.

Experience

Jr. PHP Developer & QA Supervisor 01/2015 - Today In my current job I work as a PHP Developer. Some of my responsibilities is to write unit tests and acceptance tests, fix bugs and implement Spanish translations as needed.

- Experience with php frameworks Laravel and Kohana, most of our work being OOP.

- Implementation of phpunit to automate unit tests and Selenium driver for acceptance tests. Confortable working with legacy code and functional programming as well.

- Experience using GIT as our software versioning and deploying system, currently use SourceTree and i’m also familiar with terminal commands.

As SEO tech I had the responsibility to code websites using a customized backend framework in HTML5, CSS3, JS and PHP when needed. I had to pay attention to the content and correct syntax of HTML. I integrated popular social network API’s using JS or PHP. I became very familiar with WordPress and WordPress Theming and widgets. It all together gave me a solid understanding of the fundamental web languages.
