I.Internal Tools Support: Defect Tracking System **

The Tool designed and developed to accommodate defects and error tracking system all through the CCC Services Floor where as and when a error or bug is created on a product, the bug will be added and frequent follow-up mails until the bug is resolved to the SME team.

This created awareness and incorporating quality among the existing bugs and avoid new bugs to know about the fixes provided by the development team. Simultaneously the data will be sent through mail to all the recipients when a bug is raised and fixed.

II. Internal Tools Support: Jenkins Report Extractor and Mailer **

This tool provides and insight on the Jenkins Automation testing ran through, which will be HTML pages where this application converts the HTML data into SQL Table data and cleanse the data as per the necessity and forward the same for the particular recipient.

The tool enables easy to use and quick look view on the issues, failures in a particular member website and which enables all the stakeholders to be aware of the issues. This has reduced the maximum time duration of 40 Mins on 60 Mins trail on analyzing by opening individual pages which is filled with data tables on issues.
