Objective

Summary: I began offshore/project management career in 1976 as project manager for 19 schools in Saudi Arabia. I had to recruit staff, procure construction equipment, and get the job going with literally no experience. Finished 19 schools. Went back Saudi to do Saudi Bahraini Causway. Job put on hold so went to Aramco. Headed up cost engineering . Went to Kilborn Saskatchewan as cost engineer. Put them on mainframe Aramis scheduling system. Job canceled. 1986 went to Kilborn again, set up Primavera for refinery. ’89 set up primavera for Waha Libya. 1991project manager for Tobruk refinery. Primavera again. 1997 to 99 consultant setting up cost and schedule on contracts in Canada. 2000 t0 2009, project manager for Phoenix, Cayman islands. @2009 to 2014, consultant, project management, Microsoft project. Did MSProject refinery for Canola refinery in Saskatchewan
