(AGC Automotive America ) 937-***-****) Hired as Maintenance Technician on November 10, 2014 in Bellefontaine, OH. Promoted to Maintenance Electrical Engineer on October 19, 2015. Responsible for servicing trouble calls on various machines throughout the plant, including facilities equipment, preforming scheduled maintenances, preforming daily lubes and checks, etc. Responsible for reading, troubleshooting, editing, and writing programming to Mitsubishi (GX Developer, GX Works & GX Works 2), Allen-Bradley (RSLogix 500 & RSLogix 5000), and Siemens (Step 7 & Step 12) PLC software. Preformed programming for Mitsubishi GOT screens and Allen-Bradley HMI screens. Also assisted in building and organizing control cabinets for various engineering projects. My main responsibilities were fabricating, mig welding, cleaning urethane from machines, troubleshooting robots and PLC’s, visually inspecting various robots and machines, answering trouble calls from around the plant, preforming PM orders on machines, soldering electrical wires, wiring control panels, and touching up step points on Fanuc robot programs with the teach pendent.

My duties included preforming maintenance orders, going over a check list on scheduled downtime and doing routine lubes and checks, checking utility meters, checking gearbox oil sight glasses and filling when needed, applying grease to fittings of bearings, checking quality of motor shaft breaks, bushings, bearings, couplings, and gears, oiling chain belts and troubleshooting mechanical faults.

Leadership Activities: I was able to be trained for the Back-Up Department Manager position for the Drug/GM department at Kroger. I was responsible for maintaining inventory and ordering product for the department and assisting all customer calls and store venders. Under this position, when the Department head was absent, I would assume all responsibilities of the department. At Belletech Corp, I was the only maintenance employee on staff 2nd shift and was responsible for all projects and floor calls during those working hours.

I have completed the Six Sigma White Belt Certification. I have also completed Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 Logix Designer Level 1: ControlLogix Fundamentals & Troubleshooting classes at FDL Automation in Sidney, OH.

Computer Skills: I have been working with computers since I was around 12 years old usually for writing assignments for class. I have learned how to use a computer to program and troubleshoot a Programmable Logic Control system to operate hard wired mechanical actuators. I also can use Microsoft Word 2010, Power Point 2010, Excel 2010 and Access 2010. I know how to change a computers IP Address, how to ping another device in a network, how to change COM ports for a USB connection and know how to get online with almost any PLC using most forms of software. I have experience and education in AutoCAD 2015.

Skills: I have general skills in knowing machine parts and pieces and being able to use tools to work on machines. I have a huge interest and understanding in Electrical logic and control.
