Hired to be a General Manager Trainee in August 2014, for a future spot as a GM of a Travel Plaza upon completion of learning their system. In January 2015 was asked to become the Restaurant General Manager in Salt Lake City. The restaurant concept is an Arby’s with 25 full time employees. Since taking on this endeavor the store has seen growth of 14% over budget, has met the budgeted GP, as well as meeting the labor budgets.
