As a technology specialist with extensive pc support industry experience, I was very interested in learning about your IT Opening position. I offer over twenty years of experience which the last eight years of my employment were working on the Arsenal for Lockheed Martin and their subcontractor EEMCO. I am currently studying for my Security Plus Cert.

I read your job description and requirements and I know I’m able to fulfill all the tasks of the Technician. This position requires someone who is knowledgeable of computers hardware and software and that is confident in resolving user’s issues. I have the experience and knowledge to answer any computer hardware and software related issues the Technician may encounter. This position also requires someone with customer service experience. Within the few years working for Lockheed Martin troubleshooting computer on NASA base I have troubleshooting over 2000 tickets in a Windows environment and worked with a variety of different personalities from directors to secretaries. I worked with over 400 different personalities in a professional manner while working at West. I help setup over 500 pc’s image to run Windows 2000, create users account, setup the network configuration and email. I also worked closely and help the LAN Admin on certain issues. While employed at SCI, I trained over 200 employees including some supervisors on how to build multimedia pc’s. These are some of the experience I can bring to this company.
