November 2012 BHP announced closing the Tulsa, OK office by December 2012. There was a loss of over 50 people in one functional group and would need to have those chairs filled by January 2013. I spearheaded a direct targeted recruiting event with a total out of pocket cost of $4,200. Welcomed 152 attendees at the event and hired over 75 people. This events ROI saved the company over $1.5 Million Dollars in agency fees and came in under the deadline to have the vacancies filled.

February 2012 Subsea 7 had 4 boats coming back on at 1 time in the Gulf of Mexico. We were only staffed for 1 vessel at the time “Otto Candies.” I lead an initiative for an in-house job fair for Offshore Personnel over 4 day period we met over 200 candidates. With the support and help of the Offshore Managers, ROV Supervisors, the Operations Manager and his team we successfully filled all the open vacancies for our boats ahead of schedule.

Subsea 7 HR took ownership of (TDC) January 2009 all training data needed to be compiled and entered into the Learning Management System to track employee training to ensure compliance as required by corporate, state, local and other governing bodies. This project took several months to complete but we worked to gain the trust of HSE, Operations and Engineering that the system would set the standard for accurate data tracking and reporting for all personnel.

Ran a 5 state region of fully commissioned recruitment at ACO Employment Services and helped to build the company from a 4 person office to a mutli-disciplined services company that not only provided recruiting services but added 2 business groups that provided network and technical services as well as software/web development and testing.

Sunoco Logistics – Sugarland, TX, Bakken, ND, SD, IA & IL (Consulting Role) August 2015 – Present

Senior Recruiting, Consultant – DAPL Project (Dakota Access Pipeline Project) Partner with hiring managers in the implementation and execution of Sunoco Logistics’ talent acquisition strategy for the DAPL Project that will connect the rapidly expanding Bakken and Three Forks production areas. This is a new pipeline project being built that will that will require a total of 75+ staff to be brought on in stages from Q3 2015 thru to Q3 2016.

Accountable for creating and maintaining a talent pipeline for key positions needed on the DAPL Project, high volume roles, hard to fill and niche positions in remote locations, advertising, research, managing, engaging and measuring talent leads.

Manage Vendor/Agency Relationships for DAPL: (Vendor Selection and Assessments, Terms & Conditions, Negotiations, Management of Compliance.)
