Excellent in generating invoices on behalf of operator to its roaming partners with user defined templates. The reconciliation process helps in settling more no of transactions in a given business cycle. The settlement process with multilateral, bilateral, gross agreements increases the fx-gain and eliminates bank charges by transferring money through intermediately banks. The advanced debt collection which includes daily and monthly cron jobs reduces the manual effort to chase outstanding receivables. The dynamic reports generated at each phase of business cycle keeps the operators transparent regarding their transactions settlement process which adds value to the business.

Involved in resolving P1 and P2 issues that are raised

Enhanced the product according to client requirement

Attending the Product owner’s calls with the Project manager and Team lead to define the items backlogs that are to be developed in the upcoming sprint (release).

Delivering the Product with good quality.

Conduct sessions to the team to help them understand the enhancements that are done by me as part of the sprint.

Report the daily work activities to the team leader and project manger
