-Responsible for consolidated reports for NAO division performance for operations and R&D with bridge analysis for monthly, semester (S1 & S2), full year deviations

-Responsible for controlling cost, and allocation of cost associated with cost centers underneath German Customer Division’s profit center
- Analyze P&L, regularly communicate with lead accountants to confirm cost impacts, reclassification of misplaced cost, assist in managing cost to be below budgeted and forecast benchmark
- Analyze all German Customer Division’s engineering program gross cost consisting of 14 programs, roughly $800K monthly (labor, travel, testing, etc…).
-Prepare weekly gross cost projection/forecast to Program Managers and Director of Finance, analysis and bridge of deviations for actual results versus budget and forecast
- Responsible for the management of two profit centers resource loading, 75 employees that make up 10 different functional cost centers under German Customer Division and Central Division, this is an allocation of resource hours/cost
- Responsible for new employee profile creation in SAP to absorb labor cost, manage employees SAP account and train/assist when needed, develop spreadsheets to assist if errors arise in SAP, responsible for set deadline closing of labor cost and communication to lead R&D controller
- Financial reporting; includes reporting monthly forecast (P&L, Cash), monthly actual results (P&L, Balance Sheet, SGA), initial budget and budget update in Essbase Systems.
- Responsible for creation of 2015 cost center budget to determine expenses and rates per cost center, creation of activity rate build to allow absorption of cost for German Customer Division
- Train and develop employees in various responsibilities; including cost analysis, cost management driven from P&L.
- Responsible for extraction and preparation of weekly and months-end cash reports
