Achievements : Was able to Increase hourly production by identifying the slow process & taking steps

to modify them. Had improved the quality of production by revising the checklist &

bringing in Quality Auditors to oversee the Quality Controllers. Had cut down the

delivery lead time from 120 days to 90 days by improving raw material procurements

lead times and increasing productivity. By building good reliability with the Buyer in

terms of quality & timely deliveries I was able to negotiating better rates.
