As General Manager/HSE Safety Coordinator my job is to assign, monitor, & coordinate daily work practices utilized by Tripple S. I am also responsible for conducting safety audits, projected health surveys, and insurance audits as well as communicated with Supervisors on HSE matters requiring conformance with Tripple S, client and governmental requirements. Responsible for accident investigations regulatory compliance audits, health surveys, and insurance audits. I prepare reports and take photographs as necessarily required. Responsible for conducting bi-weekly safety meetings and reporting the results of these meetings to immediate supervisors. Worked as a contract consultant for Anadarko Petroleum. Job duties included but were not limited to working on plugging abandoned wells, also worked on wells with both casing and tubing problems, including holes in tubing, parted rods, and fishing out casing and tubing, replacing pumps. Also responsible for ordering equipment to be used for well servicing as per Anadarko and Texas Railroad Commission procedures. Other duties included providing daily reports to Production Foreman and Production Superintendent via telephone calls, e-mails, and the Open Wells program.
