To Whom It May Concern,

I'm pleased to present my resume for your consideration as a candidate at your organization. I am confident that I would be a refreshing addition to your program as I have a desire and willingness to help individuals and their program develop effectively. I posses communication skills, multitasking abilities, and interpersonal skills. I also have the ability to lead a group, work as a team and build rapport with children and adults.

As stated in my resume I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Psychology and have been teaching for over 7 years. Although my degree is in ECE I have worked with adolescent as well. My experiences have given me the opportunity to teach a diverse group in classrooms of up to seventeen to twenty students. Some of these students had disabilities such as autism, ADD, delays, social, emotional, and behavior challenges. Working with different groups of students, I have been able to execute different strategies to help students learn and apply concepts in their everyday life. I also used effective management skills to maintain classroom discipline and to facilitate students in accomplishing goals that were set. Additionally, I encouraged my students by incorporating exciting activities that reinforce the importance of learning. It also became the foundation of disclosing students learning potential.

An opportunity to work within your organization will allow me to continue developing my skills while adding my unique experiences and methods to your program. I can provide results, motivate individuals to strive for excellence. I would like to set up a meeting with you to discuss what I can contribute to your facility at your earliest convenience. I can be reached at the phone number and e-mail address above.

Sincerely,

Kimeka Johnson
