Driven Element was formed to provide IT services for small to mid-size organizations lacking in-house IT staffing. The objective of the parent company is to expand the service offering nationally. The services for clients include Network support, Website Hosting, voice communications, and Server / Desktop maintenance. Acted in a role to coordinate company’s staff in two new projects, ensuring all project requirements met with design, and new Web-site software performed as designed. Managed the development teams as well as the project management and tracking of all efforts to assure project scope met. Implemented newly designed customer facing web-sites upon completion of quality tests, to support the company’s added services to the business community.

ATOS NAM (ATOS ORIGIN) June 2012 – April 2015

MANAGER IT

LEAN Management - Process improvement for ATOS Internal Accounts, via ATOS E2E Lean Team initiative. Specific focus on the Application Implementation, Data Storage, Server Monitoring, and Server Provisioning environments. Utilization of Lean / Six-Sigma Methodology to enhance processes within ATOS Account teams to improve proficiency and performance of team efforts.

Managed and directed Discovery, Analysis, Findings, and Implementations of various ATOS team processes, for Storage, Servers, Network, and related utilization of capacity and needs. Following LEAN standards each was tailored to accommodate various Infrastructure or Application process needs. The various team’s processes required a plan be specific to each need and define functional implementation following ATOS standards, while considering the customer end user community and interfaces required. ATOS LEAN processes followed standard LEAN / Six Sigma guidelines, but were tailored to ATOS needs for supporting hundreds of Global Customers in outsourced situations.

Each LEAN E2E ( End to End ) wave was tailored to accommodate needs of internal teams and provide process improvement without disrupting the end users or ATOS Customer being supported.

Service Delivery and Technical Management - Manager responsible for providing Global SDM/TSM support for the McGraw-Hill Financial and Education Infrastructures, in multiple datacenters across North America, and worldwide. Upon ATOS acquiring McGraw-Hill as a customer account he participated in managing the initial Walk-in and Takeover of McGraw-Hill IT staff and re-badging. Responsible for Off-Shore Infrastructure support and Implementations, as well as North America Infrastructure and Application Implementations. Managed and coordinated major projects for support of Infrastructure (Storage, Capacity, Network, Middle-ware) via ATOS India of-shore teams, managing 70 technical and customer support staff members and respective team managers.

Spearhead installation and support of Mainframe Software and Distributed Environment Infrastructure, including overseeing IBM Software support and installation.
