* Client Services - an ASP.NET MVC 4.0 web application that serves as the gateway for end users to access the DMS web applications and services. The application uses the following technologies: Simple Membership Provider, Razor View Engine, jQuery/CSS, Entity Framework, Thread Pool Multiple Threading, and SQL 2012 MSMQ Messaging.

* DMS Consumer Data Style Sheet – Develop XSLT to transform DMS XML data format of consumer data (Equifax/TransUnion/Experian bureaus) as input to HTML output for the reports display on DMS CreditBrower®, DataWarehouse®, and CreditAnalyst® products.

Technologies used in this project are: Entity Framework with ADO.NET to MS SQL 2008 DB Schema, MS Enterprise Library 5.0, WCF as communication layers to server components, and WPF controls and Reporting controls of DevExpress Libraries.

* Credit Analyst® - a desktop Windows Forms application which is designed to support model development with guaranteed confidentiality. Credit Analyst® delivers comprehensive credit scoring control to enforce existing policy tables, lending guidelines, scorecards and even multiple logistic regression models with complete security and confidence. Application’s backend is using SQL server 2008 R2 as database storage, and Web Services/WCF Services as the communication layer to Credit Toolkit™ engine. Other technologies used are: use Microsoft Practices Enterprise Library for DAC, Visual Studio Test Projects for unit testing, and Setup and Deployment Projects for installation.

* Credit Toolkit™ Web UI – a web user interface to Credit Toolkit™ using C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, AJAX and jQuery technologies on IIS7 and Apache Web Servers.

* Credit Toolkit™ UI – a desktop Windows Forms application that serves as the client configuration program to the Credit Toolkit™ as server, which is a flexible, automatic system that gives instant and direct access to external credit data, acting as the front-end processor for multiple loan origination systems. Credit Toolkit™ integrates seamlessly with most application processing systems on the market today and provides direct access to data from the three major U.S. credit bureaus and both Canadian credit bureaus. The communication between client and server is using TCP/IP Sockets.

* Credit Bureau Simulator® - a desktop Windows Forms application that acts as a popular and versatile tool enabling thousands of test files to be retrieved and processed as if one or more of the major credit bureaus were returning the files. With Credit Bureau Simulator®, application response times and periodic delays can be pre-arranged within the simulator to emulate actual bureau retrieval responses. It used similar technologies as used in Credit Toolkit™ UI application.
