Managed the cooling pond reconfiguration for better surface cooling / screening and incoming grounding grid updating within natural gas (fuel for 3 turbine engines) entrance to the plant, overseeing contractors on both projects.

Maintained record keeping and reporting for all Local, State and Federal Environmental permits at both facilities, including Hazardous Waste, Solid Waste, Wastewater (MSD and Cooling towers), EPCRA/TSCA, SERCA/TCRI, PCB inventory, EPC/SPCC, Spill Response, Waste Minimization/Recycling, Title V Air Permit, and DOT. Maintained 800+ MSDS and HMIS inventory of raw materials, Writing MSDS and maintaining MSDS records, for grey iron and ductile iron casting operations.

Evaluated the applicability of National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) by preparing a HAP emission inventory for all foundry operations including surface coating, core and mold making, etc. and prepared a Title V renewal application to ensure the facility retained its permit shield.

Chaired Safety Committee and Safety Teams. Managed 15 First Responders and arranged for annual trainings.
