In addition I have been able to significantly reduce the one year old 139 information system requirements that had been waiting to be solved.

Responsibilities: Annual budgeting, monthly estimate of financial results, projects and business valuation, insurance policies control, account receivables analysis and control, cash flow planning and control, treasury and debt control, financing alternatives decisions, activity base costing system development, implementation and control. Achievements: Accounts receivables outstanding days drawn down from 72 to 35 days. Development and establishment of the annual business plan system and reduction of 20% in insurance policy by implementing self-insurance.

Manager of SAP implementation

Responsibilities: S.A.P. R/3 system implementation project manager. Achievements: as a team we recommended to list the company in the NYSE to sale 20% of stocks that were acquired by the company from Procter & Gamble, the planned process was successfully completed in an extremely narrow 3 months period. Developed and establish the financial consolidation process of Mavesa de Colombia and Mavesa del Perú.
