Job Responsibilities - Above ground Piping
Maintaining the project specification and ITP procedures.
Responsibility for issuing of Non Conformance Report if any violation and out of standard & specification.
As client, conducting weekly meeting to the contractors regarding quality related issues.
To assist the site superintend and coordinated the supervisors activity, carry out and implement the QA/QC program, arrange and conduct meeting under the site superintend direction.
Periodically act as internal auditor for contractors to ensure all the documents are fulfilling as per procedure.
Material Receiving Inspection done as per standard & project specifications.
Verify the proper dimensions size and schedule & material of pipe, rating of flanges, value flow direction, Ensure proper fit- up by checking edge preparation, bevel angles, root gap, misalignments etc.
Pipe laying and air blowing or internal cleaning to be done as per project ITP specifications.
Vale installation, support installation, flange & orifice flange installation, flues grinding inspection all to be done as project ITP specifications.
Prepare the Hydro test package and reviewing & submitted to waiting for client approval.
After Hydro test package is approved go for line checking.
Conducting pre test line check of erected line spools as per test pack and preparing punch list.
Confirm the piping system concurs with flow diagrams to verify completeness of system. Elevation of the test package contents, lines checking against as per ISO drawing requirements to ensure completeness and quality of the piping system.
Check flow direction of arrows on valve, verify that the properly identified valve are installed in according with ISO drawing.
Ensure the pipe supports, hangers, spring, special supports and guides have been installed with according piping Iso drawing and the support drawing details to be verify.
Construct AS- built or as constructed drawing for modified as per site condition.
Prepare the punch list of unfinished or unmatched items according to the drawing and specification and issue the punch list to construction team to clearing the punch list.
Checking whether all the N.D.E requirem ents have performed according to line class & as per client requirement.
Checking whether the design pressure is matching in isometric and line list.
Inline bolt torqucing to be done as per the specification and report to attached in the package.
Verification of closed punch list and conduct walk through for each completed piping system prior to mechanical acceptance its ok released for Hydro test.
Checking whether all the documents required for Hydro Test are attached in the package like table of content Safety Instruction sheet for critical services, Flow Chart of Test Packages marked P & ID, Isometric drawings, updated weld map, closed punch list, calibration certificate(pressure gauge, psv, manifold & water analyse report), blind list, line list, bolt torqucing report, Isolation valve Test Certificates, As built drawing, orifice fiancé internal cleanse certificates, pressure test report form also to be check during hydro test.
Check and assure that all welding joints are exposed for during the pressure test. Ensure that isolation or disconnection of equipment not to be tested, check vents are open when water filling and draining lines.
Verify that control valves & check valve and other item that removed for the during test and after test that be replaced.
Witness the final pressure test including verification that pressure gauge have adequate dial range and is calibrated.
Verify that the testing pressure does not exceed the allowable test pressure of any equipment in the system.
Verify that the required test pressure was maintained for the specified length of time without acceptable leakage.
After Hydro test completed water flushing & air blowing to be done as per project specifications.
Verify and close the B punch and prepare the Reinstament.
Layup procedure shall be done as per the client requirement.
Closing of master punches.
Under gone induction training in commissioning areas and close the punches given to commissioning department.
Job Responsibilities Underground Piping
Material Receiving inspection of all RTRP/FRP Pipes Fiber Glass, Sand, RUBBER GASKET
ISO & VE Resin, Cobalt Octoate, Di-methyl Aniline, High & Low activity MEKP.
Dimensional inspection of RTR Pipes and Inspection of LAMINATION JOINTS.
Inspecting CURING OF JOINT for Thermo setting process.
Control of quality for piping fabrication such as fit-up, visual and dimensional inspection conforming to approved for construction drawings.
Witnessed and inspection of FRP piping system for Adhesive bonded joints, Lamination joint,
Barcol hardness as per ASTM D 2583.
Maintaining the storage conditioning of all fiber glass woven roving 300,600,1200,2400,4800g Adhesive kits, chemicals such as Epoxy resin, Hardener, vinyl Ester Resin etc.
Witnessed, checked, monitor and inspect of hydro test pressure as per Standards.
Verify The Batch test Report like Stiffness test, Axial test, Hoop Tensile test, Loss on Ignition.
Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan, checklist, procedures and review of construction
drawing.
