I have over twenty-five years of experience in the electrical / constructions field. In various companies in: Philippines, Middle East; and Micronesia. Manage T&M projects and responsible for tracking, monitoring NTE amount, ensure it stays in budget. Responsible for updating T&M database, recording, monitor sub – contractor’s activities, coordinates project annex supervisor and posting and closing of projects. Work closely with Engineers for planning, design, reconfiguration, construction maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures and other facilities; gather and review data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions. Projects require completion date and construction feasibility. Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout detail drawings.
