Developed the detailed project scheduled based on the contractual targets

To integrate engineering, procurement, production and commissioning schedules into the overall project schedule, and manage the schedule interfaces with internal partners, the customer, and if applicable, external partners

Provide an in-built schedule and timely update schedule situation depicting a comparison between the original baselines versus the actual execution.

Compliance to procedures and code of ethics

Production of KPI’s as agreed with the Operation Director and Project Managers

Analyses schedule performance compared to the contract plan using critical path analysis method (CPM) and float management, with a focus on early identification of risks and opportunities to facilitate proactive actions that will optimise on-time performance of internal and subcontracted deliverables, and protect project interest against potential claims

Prepares schedule and progress reports as per contract and internal requirements

Provides support to PQM and Project Manager on project schedule matters with partners, suppliers and clients
