Duties & Responsibilities

Worked as a Mechanical Engineer and part of the Project oriented Team. The duties and responsibilities included reviewing of the MEP drawing related to HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems. The work also included on Site supervision and inspection, QA/QC monitoring, preparation of deficiency reports, testing and commissioning and handing over of the MEP works.

Review and check SD, Reservation Drawings and material submittals in all projects for client approval.

Coordinates with the procurement dept. with regards to the purchase/procure of all materials, Equipment, tools, necessary for the project and ensure on time delivery to the respective projects.

Monitor progress / schedule of projects if it is being implemented as per client requirements.

Monitor the availability of the types and quantities of material required on site.

Field supervision and coordination for the installation of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works.

Directly reporting to the Project Manager (MEP) for coordination and smooth implementation of the project.

Coordinate and function as interface between Civil, MEP and Consultants.

Serves as liaison to mechanical subcontractors and ensure the work must be done in compliance with specifications and client requirement.

Attend meetings as necessary and required on the project.

Supervise the startup and commissioning of all mechanical system such as HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting/Suppression System and all other associated work with residential and public building.

Arrange handing over documents such as As-built drawings, Operation & Maintenance manuals Etc.
