Use of arc welder to and from to melt unneeded solid aluminum. Also use of small and tools such as plyers, wrenches, screw drivers to change smaller equipment. In house certified forklift to change and flip drain outs, move aluminum logs to proper positions, use of extension forks. Use of 10 ton crane to move hot box lid, 20ft logs, changing table size, and headers. Hand signaling others to communicate from furnaces being too loud and use of ear plugs, with some knowledge of American sign language tutoring foreman and other employees.
