This project was aimed to study and analyze the quality of a nearby McDonald’s ‘drive thru’ system by measuring service times during different time periods.

Analyzed the process control using Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.

Analyzed the process capability using Capability Indices (Cp and Cpk).

Study of Human Development Index and its factors using design of experiments: SPRING 2015

This project was intended to study the effect of different factors that affect HDI by building a linear regression model and analyzing using F test, T test and ANOVA.
