Planned, documented, inspected and identified warranty issue of Delphi fuel pumps at Brighton Technical Center.

Responsible for development and the testing of Delphi fuel pumps at Flint Technical Center Lab.

Responsible for creation and implementation of Operator Instructions in production.

Developed and validated Concept/Prototype and the design of packaging projects by creating (BOM) Bill of Materials to track the design project of the past and the current Electronics Packaging.

Generated cost saving of $ 8,000,000 through detailed and exhaustive SAP and Enterprise Cost Improvement Process Analysis (ECIP). In this process I worked with Delphi buyers, plant financial managers and clientele.

Note: Delphi applied for bankruptcy and was downsizing because this reasons I got laid off after working for about 2 years
