Developed, supervised and trained 4 maintenance teams. Inventoried and controlled $2 million worth of vehicles, tool kits, and tool room.

U.S. Army, 1st Brigade Special Troops Battalion, Camp Hovey, South Korea.
Supervised maintenance and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles and other equipment in excess of 175 pieces valued at approximately $20M. Oversaw all shop office functions and operations such as parts ordering, overall man-hour accounting, historical records for all equipment, Calibrations Coordinator for all Time Measuring Digital Equipment (TMDE) and service data on equipment. Supervised and trained 4 Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) teams, each team comprised of 5 Non Commissioned Officers and 20 subordinate soldiers through guidance, mentoring and counseling to ensure the quality of maintenance. Provided leadership by taking the organizational maintenance program from an inspection failure rating to a 100 percent successful operation within a 60 day period. Oversaw the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and quality assurance of the battalion’s vehicles and trailers; 44 of which were high priority. Maintained the serviceability and accountability of tools and equipment in the maintenance section valued in excess of $5M.
