Theo worked closely with R&D department of Ford Motor Company in Dearborn Mi, in order to promote his new invention.

Through charisma and continuous training he learnt the value of being humble – and to reach at people’s hearts, at all levels – through communication and personal example. In a few short years – he has established the business grounds for business expansion, new Stamping facilities for aluminum parts integration in production in several Ford Motor Company Plants (Dearborn Stamping Plant, Kentucky Stamping Plant and Kansas City Stamping plant) as a consequence of the need to reduce cars body weight using aluminum components.

Theo has a natural ability – nurtured through hard work - to express himself in several foreign languages. He speaks Romanian as native languages and is fluent in English and good in French. Through his academic years (17 years) he is conducting Russian at a working level.

Theo is married to his wife Flora (Mechanical designer) – and they have two adult children. Their son – Vio is a Commercial Pilot working for LifeLine ambulance in northern Manitoba and Nunavut Territory. Their daughter Alexandra is a Medical Doctor in Brisbane, Australia.

Theo possesses a solid technical education: Master of Science with Honors degree in Mining Engineering from the most prestigious Mining University in Romania – Mining University of Petrosani – 1990 and multiple Certificates of Achievements in 3D Parametric Design – obtained in Canada and USA.

While Theo is a career-focused professional, he is also very active in his personal life. He spends quality time with his wife Flora and with their children, they love spending time in nature, travelling and interacting with other cultures. His hobbies range from mountain hiking and climbing to gymnastics. He is also an avid fisherman.
